GetFaithDaily is a resource for Christians who want to engage with Scripture in a way that is honest, contextual, and practical. We believe the Bible speaks into every season of life — anxiety, grief, joy, new beginnings, and everything in between.

What We Do

We curate Bible verses, prayers, and affirmations across dozens of life topics. Every verse is presented with its original context — who wrote it, who it was written to, and what was happening at the time — so you can understand it before you apply it.

Our Approach to Scripture

We source verses from trusted, widely-used translations including NIV, ESV, NKJV, and BSB. We do not take verses out of context or twist them to fit a narrative. Where a passage is difficult or debated among scholars, we say so. We believe honesty serves faith better than certainty.

Who Writes GetFaithDaily

GetFaithDaily is written and edited by Taro Schenker, who founded the site to make Scripture genuinely useful for everyday life — honest about context, practical in application, and free of the guilt-trips and proof-texting that often surround faith content.
